First class is on us as we want to make sure the class is a good fit for you.

Visit fithappens.ca/waiver and fill out a Par-Q form before attending your first class or training session.

Yes, we are able to offer modifications for our exercises for any injury.

Personal Training is best for clients who want to meet a specific goal in a specific timeline with additional support and accountability.

The support group is open to all clients at Fit Happens and offers training tips, nutritional bites, self care pieces, and accountability of others.  Most of all it’s a fun place to connect with the Fit Fam!

It’s important to decide at first if you want to do one on one training, with a group or both.  Unlimited Pass is the most popular option and gives you access to online and in person workouts. 

If you would like more of a personal touch our Unlimited+ Pass is for you and includes personal training options.
