Cardio Party-o!

Welcome to the one week cardio challenge! Thank you for volunteering to help test out the user-friendliness of a challenge being posted on my site. Your feedback will be invaluable.You will receive your homework for the challenge the night before as well as a task to complete to check on the ease of use of my site. There is one rest day scheduled: Sunday. The challenge is heavy with running so if you need to modify it by taking one of the workouts onto a spin bike for example, by all means. . .
